this week in my kitchen :: blog hop

A beautiful morning
inspired
me to...


create something
special
and special always seems to begins with
onions
peppers of many colors
garlic
sizzling in olive oil


then the fun part
crumbling a block of tofu
with my bare hands


with a few 
specific herbs and seasonings
the magic happens


transforming this dish
into an amazing
scrambler


served alongside
whole grain toast and a
dollop of salsa


before making its way
upstairs
for a morning meal
shared in bed.

This recipe is but one of the many delicious
