outside in

About a month ago I started spotting

a pale blue and soft green palette

emerging in the

decorating world.

It seemed to pop up everywhere.

I first saw it on the

set of White Collar 

loved it!

There it was again on a paint

commercial...

on clothing...

a shower curtain...and

throw pillows.

Everywhere.

My home is earthy...

pale blue and zen green?

Then something miraculous

began happening...

the world

came to

life...

in shades of

 blue and green.

And I began looking at my

earth-tones

with a new

eye.

There it was

all along...

hiding in cupboards and

stored away

in drawers.

Wanting to play

center stage again.

Now.

The time when everything has new life.

Blues and greens...

and a splash of

yellow.
