ugh
meds and me...we don't get along
too well
my body just feels off
well...
until i'm off of them.
until then
i will combat the evil necessity
with a diet rich in
yogurt.
yogurt with
homemade granola...
yogurt
in a breakfast
waldorf
or
just plain ol' yogurt
oh...
and lots of water
and cranberry...
in juice, pill or fruit
form.
and any suggestions you may have!

Ugh! Sorry to hear you're feeling poorly! I've got to add that my new favorite snack is Greek yogurt. I like Oikos and Chobani, fruit or just plain vanilla. It is really filling and packed with protein! I think I need some of that homemade granola to go with it, though. Get better soon, because we'll be on our way next week! Love ya!
