Harmony In Life :: The Shop

Main Street
Sylvania, Ohio
Quaint Shops and Bistros
A Recommended Day Trip
While there...
just north of this shot...
on the left-hand side of the street...
The "don't miss" destination...
Harmony In Life
A center for wellness, education...
and all things yoga!
Today we're going to visit
The Shop.
As you climb the old porch steps,
you just know you're in for
an unusual treat.
The focal point of the shop...
Color and Light.
A closer look at those sun-catchers. The shop features work of Local Artists... Ahem... Like me! Jen Ondrus. Old Maid New. Candles in repurposed tins...cute crocheted coffee sleeves... groovy bottle cozies...funky altered couture... Enough shameless self promoting. Let's take a good look around. Staked ray-catchers to add interest to your garden... creating an atmosphere of peace. The shelves beyond are loaded with all things calm and beautiful. Wind chimes... that James couldn't help but nudge. A deep, almost baritone "voice" filled the room. Jewelry...Lotions...Potions... Small in size BUT Large in offerings and ideas. Room Number 2... Or as we like to call it... The Purple Room. A large selection of artwork adorn the walls. Photography...Acrylics... and Stickers! Even the bumper variety.
Tibetan Bowls...
Taking center stage...
Beckett Studio Jewelry.
An up-close-and-personal view
of one of my
favorites!
A corner cabinet.
Housing all things zen.
Homestead Soaps...
all natural ingredients...fragranced with
essential oils...
The newest addition... bath salts...that smelled so yummy
we had to have!
Lookie there...
yoga mat carriers made from
re-purposed cargos.
How very clever!
Yep, you guessed it...
A Jen Ondrus Original!
Yoga mats...
and, ah...what beautiful
Zafus and Zabutons.
(have you no sense of decency woman!)
That ends today's tour of
Harmony In Life.
I hope you enjoyed your visit.
Stop back soon...
when I will be sharing the
"rest of the story..."
Again...
That's Harmony In Life.
Ask Gale or Sue about each and every item
they carry...they are a joy...
and a wealth of information.
Namaste.
Peace to you.
